We get asked a lot what equipment we use to make tracks, record, and mix records. We will feature the gear we use in upcoming blogs, but we always come across new things that add onto our usual arsenal of machinery and software. SSL recently sent us their Duende system to check out and I’ve been using it on some mixes this past week. If you came up on SSL boards but work from Pro Tools I highly recommend it. Sounds great and gives that SSL “crack” to drums and everything else.
